Laura is currently based in Queenstown, New Zealand. Laura is accredited with the Health Professions Council in the UK, this means peace of mind with total confidentiality at all times.

The first consultation is generally for 90 minutes for both dietetic and NLP clients. This allows for a productive start for you the client. Laura will work with you to fully understand your goals, giving you the right foundation to embark on your new choices. Any ongoing maintenance sessions are for 60 minutes, these are determined on an individual basis.

Laura will send you a contract and some simple questions to complete prior to the session; this ensures you get the most out of your time together.

90 minute session is     $150

1 hour session is          $100

Telephone and Skype sessions can also be arranged at the above rates.

For dietetic clients, Laura will provide your eating plan via email after the session. Follow-ups are determined on an individual client basis depending on your needs.

Laura's practice is based in Amanda's home at Speargrass Flat between Arrowtown and Queenstown, the consultation room is totally private and very home from home. Please park in the parking bay and walk through the gate to the right, the office is on the right.

You can be assured that you will feel comfortable and listened to.
