Coz works mainly from her lovely home which is just outside the beautiful spa village of Caldas de Monchique, in the Algarve, Portugal. Although some arrangements may be made for UK visits.

'Your Life Live It' abides by INLPTA, ICF, ICI, APROCEP, The American Board of NLP and The New Zealand Association of NLP code of ethics, which means peace of mind with total confidentiality at all times.

The first session with clients is usually an hour and a half (90mins) and this gives you time for real benefits to be felt. Should another session be required then this will generally be about an hour (60mins). A few days before the session, Coz will send or email you a contract and some questions to complete and return, to enable you to get the most out of your time together during the session.

90 minutes session is €60

1hr session is €45

Skype and Phone sessions can also be arranged at the same rate and Coz currently works with clients from Europe on Skype. Payment can be made via Paypal or a bank transfer.

NLP has immediate effect and generally Coz would only need to see a client between 1 to 4 times per separate issue. If you take a look at the clients testimonials these were either 1 or 2 sessions.
