Dear Jenny
I just want to tell you how much I have benefited from the therapy sessions I had with you earlier this year.
The Behavioural Change Techniques you used, and especially the Circle of Excellence, enabled me to let go of the blockages, fears and sabotaging behaviours that have been holding me back for many years.
I am finding that I can now visualize my future goals clearly and passionately.
Since I last saw you, I have made a commitment to myself, to make ME my priority, to put myself No.1 in my life. I am now painting an entirely new picture of my future. I am now looking after my health, determined to do the very best I can for me. For a three month period I have focused on cleansing my body on a cellular level. I have gained abundant energy, clarity of mind and have lost some of the kilos I have been struggling with for many years. I also got a brand new hairstyle and I know I look fabulous (confirmed by all the compliments I have since received!!!)
I know there are more changes to come as I work to clear my limiting beliefs, which raise their ugly heads from time to time, however I am feeling confident, happy and content within. I now have a a strong feeling of purpose and calm around my future.

Towards the end of 2010 I was depressed, I was procrastinating, I was arguing with my family - I really wasn’t in a good place. I felt that I really needed to do something to try and sort my life out. During a previous low period, I had followed an NLP self-help program which seemed to work, so I thought I might benefit from seeing an NLP practitioner. As a result, I ended up calling Jenny at Your Life, Live It.
Jenny was great - a lovely lady who listened very patiently, made me realise what it was I really wanted and helped me with some strategies for my everyday life.
- Jenny recognised that I was suffering from anxiety and came up with a simple way of eliminating my anxious feelings
- She helped me to recognise the times when I felt at my most comfortable and self-confident and taught me how to put myself into this confident, comfortable state whenever I wanted to
- She helped me create a strategy for managing my day-to-day life, including strategies for daily planning and time management
- Lastly, but definitely not least, she had me set my goals for the coming year
The combination of all these things has really helped me to approach life in a different way - especially the goal setting. Having a timetable of achievements for this year really gives me the drive to make each day more productive.
I’m a lot happier in myself, I’m working hard towards achieving my goals, my family relationships are better - in short, life is good.
