Tracy Braun moved to the sunny Algarve in Portugal 21 years ago, where she now lives with her husband. From a large family who all love sports.

She first became interested in this field of NLP through her own tennis. She practised continuously, had skill and yet when playing matches the game never seemed to come together. Ring any bells?

Realising it was purely the mental skills that were missing, she decided to learn more about the power of the mind, so over 10 years ago took a short correspondence course with the Institute of Natural Health and Science and that was it, she was hooked.

She then went on to NLP training to Masters level, plus attended a week with the world wide Golf Federation and  reached level 2 Accreditation with Sportsmind Coaching Excellence.

She has worked with Queens Park Rangers football team, two top UK boxers, a professional tennis player and people in general life-coaching situations both in the UK and Europe

Tracy recently retrained with Your Life Live It and refreshed her skills, she is now working with clients in Portugal and Internationally through Skype
